By using Voya Flow ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Service Description

Voya Flow is an AI-powered morning briefing app that generates personalized daily briefings using artificial intelligence. The content generated is for informational purposes only.

Subscriptions

• Voya Flow offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Pricing is displayed before purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Acceptable Use

• You may not use the App to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code.
• You may not use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AI-Generated Content

Briefings are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Voya Flow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. Do not rely on briefings for critical decisions.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Voya Flow. AI-generated briefings are provided for your personal use only.

Limitation of Liability

Voya Flow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to inaccurate information, service interruptions, or data loss.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the App's Settings. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
